What the demo form collects and why

Triple 9 Global LLC, the operator of FXTRAX ("FXTRAX," "we," "us," or "our"), collects the categories below to answer and schedule a demonstration, prepare appropriate follow-up, transmit and secure the request, prevent abuse, maintain necessary records, and comply with law. We do not sell or share this information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this form; please do not submit it.

Transmit the form, diagnose delivery, maintain reliability, and detect spam, fraud, or security incidents. No FXTRAX retains routine technical records for up to 12 months. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions in its archive for 30 days. Security-incident records may be retained through the investigation and any legally required period.

These are maximum standard periods, not minimum periods. Information may be deleted earlier when no longer reasonably necessary. If a requester becomes a customer, information needed for that relationship will be governed by the applicable customer terms and privacy notice.

1

Scope

This Policy is limited to the Request a Demo form on the FXTRAX website and the technical records created to deliver and protect that form. It does not govern a separate customer account, paid subscription, employment process, mobile application, or third-party website with its own privacy notice. The form is intended for business contacts requesting information about FXTRAX.

2

Sources and uses

We receive form information directly from you. Routine technical information may be generated automatically by your browser, the website host, FormSubmit, or security systems when the request is transmitted. We use the information only to:

  • respond to, schedule, and prepare the requested demonstration;
  • understand the requester’s company and manage related follow-up;
  • transmit, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the demo-request process;
  • detect and investigate spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents; and
  • comply with law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Submitting the form does not enroll you in unrelated marketing. If we later seek to send promotional communications beyond follow-up about the request, we will do so only as permitted by law and will provide any required opt-out.

3

How information is disclosed

We may disclose form information for the purposes described above to:

  • authorized FXTRAX personnel who review, answer, schedule, and manage requests;
  • FormSubmit, which receives the web submission, retains an archive for up to 30 days according to its documentation, and forwards the submission to the FXTRAX sales inbox;
  • email, website hosting, security, and IT providers that transmit, host, protect, store, or support the form and related communications;
  • professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary for advice, compliance, safety, security, claims, or legal rights; and
  • transaction parties in a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, sale, or reorganization, subject to appropriate protections.

FXTRAX does not disclose demo-form information to advertising networks for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4

California disclosures for the preceding 12 months

Based on the current demo-form implementation, FXTRAX collected the categories described in the Notice at Collection. It did not sell or share those categories as those terms are defined by California law. It disclosed them for business purposes to the recipient categories described in Section 3. FXTRAX does not offer a financial incentive or price or service difference in exchange for demo-form information and does not have actual knowledge that it sells or shares personal information of anyone under 16.

5

Sensitive personal information

The form does not ask for government identifiers, account credentials, financial account information, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information, biometric information, or message content. Please do not submit sensitive information. If sensitive information is received unexpectedly, we will use it only as reasonably necessary to review, secure, or delete it and comply with law.

6

Cookies, browser signals, and third-party tracking

Advertising and analytics. The current FXTRAX site code does not use advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral advertising tools, or analytics cookies. Website hosting, form transmission, and security providers may generate routine server logs or use essential technologies needed to operate and protect their services.

Do Not Track. The site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no uniform industry standard for interpreting them.

Global Privacy Control. Because FXTRAX does not sell or share demo-form information, an opt-out preference signal does not change the form’s current handling. If that practice changes, FXTRAX will honor qualifying signals, including Global Privacy Control, as required by law.

Collection across websites. FXTRAX does not authorize advertising networks to collect personally identifiable information through the demo form to track users over time and across unaffiliated websites.

7

California privacy rights

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal information; to opt out of sale or sharing; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to receive equal service without retaliation for exercising privacy rights.

Because FXTRAX does not sell or share demo-form information and does not use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger a limitation right, it does not currently provide separate “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” links for this form.

Submit a request

Email [email protected] with the subject “California Privacy Request,” or write to Triple 9 Global LLC – FXTRAX, 8950 SW 74th Court, 22nd Floor, Miami, Florida 33156. State whether the request concerns access, correction, deletion, portability, or another privacy right. Include your name, the email address used for the demo request, and enough information for us to locate the submission. Do not send government identification unless specifically requested.

We will confirm receipt of a request to know, delete, or correct within 10 business days and generally respond within 45 calendar days. Where permitted, we may extend the response period by up to 45 additional calendar days and will explain the extension.

We may compare information in a request with the name, email address, optional telephone number, company, or submission details already maintained. Verification information is used only for that purpose. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of signed permission; we may ask the consumer to verify identity or confirm the authorization, unless a valid power of attorney applies.

8

Retention and security

We apply the category-specific schedule in the Notice at Collection. We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary to comply with law, preserve evidence, address a security incident, resolve a complaint or dispute, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect form information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. FXTRAX and its providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate, using appropriate transfer safeguards where required.

9

Children

The demo request is intended for business contacts and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this form. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

10

Changes and contact

We review this Policy at least annually and may update it when the form, providers, data practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Policy, update the effective date, and provide additional notice of material changes when appropriate.
